SubjectPractice Management
DescriptionA one day course updating receptionists with respect to their duties and responsibilities and how these are limited by GDC "Scope of Practice". The course will also provide fresh insight into communication skills and examine how they impact upon practice performance and function. The course will discuss factors impacting upon receptionists in these areas, to develop fresh insights and positive response strategies when such challenges arise.
Additional informationIt is also hoped this relatively rare opportunity for receptionists to attend a meeting restricted to them and their peers will provide a forum for free discussion of issues relevant to them, away from the restrictions present around others in their practices.
