Additional informationDr Eileen Gorrod, With a background in General Practice and GP education she established a local GP appraisal system over 10 years ago and has worked in appraiser education and development ever since.
In January 2011 in conjunction with Hampshire Primary Care Trust she set up set up the ongoing highly successful pilot for appraising GDPs.

Dr Stephanie Hughes
Stephanie is a Principal Clinical Teaching Fellow at Southampton University Medical School and has carried out over fifty appraisals. She is currently completing her Masters in Medical Education and is the Clinical Lead for the Primary Care Research Network locally. She is trained in Mentoring and has a special interest in communication skills and the therapeutic use of language.
