This course is intended for the whole dental practice team: Dentists, Dental nurses, Student dental nurses, Therapists, Hygienists, Clinical Dental Technicians and Dental Technicians. |
| Additional information | The speaker, Jo Russell RDN Cert DPM CertEd Mifl LCGI, GDC 10942, has over 26 years of experience in the dental profession and has acquired considerable expertise in all ares of the business of dentistry. She spent 7 years in the Royal Naval Dental Service and was then appointed to Area Practice Manager for a dental corporate where she was responsible for 16 pracrices in the London area. Jo holds a Certificate in Education and passed the NEBOSH Certificate in Health and Safety with distinction. She is a popular and enthusiatic teacher about the CQC, practice management, health and safety at work, radiation protection, clinical governance, complaints handling, legal and ethical issues and communication. Jo also spends time assessing dental nurses for their Diplomas and helps dental practices to become CQC compliant with a hand-holding consultancy service. |
