We will help you to identify the diversity of patients within your practice and discover how you can approach their needs effectively. Topics covered will include the Equality Act 2010 and disability discrimination audit.

Lil Niddrie joined Denplan in 1993 and has worked in many areas of the company to support dental practices. Her wealth of knowledge and experience enables her to deliver a wide range of training courses. Lil has a BA degree in Social Anthropology and is a Clinical Hypnotherapist. She has a specialist interest in advanced communication skills and personal development.
