DescriptionThis course will assist the dental team in assessing their infection control, disinfection and decontamination procedures. Our speaker will provide information about how dental teams can achieve 'best practice' and will demonstrate how working together will satisfy HTM 01-05 and Clinical Governance requirements.
Additional informationParticipation in this course will assist delegates with supporting evidence for CQC outcomes 8, 9, 10, 12, 13, 14 and 16.

This course is suitable for entire practice team and attending this course will provide GDC registrants with 5 hours of verifiable CPD in disinfection and decontamination.

Martin Fulford BDS MPhil DGDP FIBMS was a medical microbiologist for 13 years before becoming a GDP. He is therefore eminently qualified to lecture in this subject. For many years, he has lectured extensively across the UK and internationally on issues relating to infection control in dentistry. This has been via postgraduate courses and invited lectures at set piece conferences including the British Dental Conference and the British Orthodontic Conference. Martin's international speaking engagements have included India, South Africa, Singapore, USA and FDI Annual Conference in Dubai.
