Description	MODULE 2 - You as an Education Manager This module critiques the national and local policy framework within which medical and dental education programmes are devised, delivered, assessed and evaluated. Learning organisational theory is critically analysed as an essential component of effective learning environments in training practices. Participants analyse the role of the educational manager in coordinating multiprofessional teams to support student learning. Practical opportunities are provided for participants to develop the skills to use the current tools for student assessment in clinical practice effectively.
