Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) Techniques are an evidence based way to help patients manage and overcome dental fear in a time-cost efficient manner. This one day introduction to the use of CBT for dental fear will provide participants with an overview of the topic identify techniques used as part of cognitive behavioural therapy for dental fear and identify the effectiveness of such techniques.
