DescriptionDentistry operates within a legal framework and all registrants should be aware of the legal sanctions that operate. The GDC requires all registrants who work in a clinical setting to undertake CPD in legal and ethical issues.
Additional informationThe speaker will address the current legal and ethical issues facing the dental team and will focus on appropriate responses to situations with legal and ethical matters.

The course also satisfies CQC outcomes 1, 2, 4, 8, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 17 and 21.
