| Description | Description: This course is one of a number of courses designed to provide an introduction to NHS dentistry, essential for dentists who are undertaking vocational training by assessment, to dentist who are new to NHS dentistry and for those who are returning to NHS dental practice. |
| Additional information | The course will cover: •The importance of Clinical Governance and its six pillars •Health and safety in dental practice and its co-relation to Clinical Governance. •The importance of Information Governance. •Clinical Governance and relation to CQC. •Importance of Audit and your personal development plans. Speaker: Manish Chitnis Manish is a General Dental Practitioner for last 15 years and currently working as a GDP in a NHS dental practice, He also works as a Training Program Director for the Vocational Training by Assessment scheme (Oxford and Wessex Deanery).He currently works one day a week as a Clinical Support Lead, managing Clinical Governance for the IDH dental group. Manish is a Trainer for VTA candidates and has also worked and lectures on the topic of Clinical Governance. |
