DescriptionThis course is one of a number of courses designed to provide an Introduction to NHS dentistry, essential for dentists who are undertaking VT by Assessment.
Additional informationThis course will help to provide supporting evidence to assist practices in demonstrating compliance with Care Quality Commission Outcomes: 4, 6 , 7 , 13, 14.
This Course will cover:

•How to respond to concerns.
•Different categories of abuse.
•The law and appropriate action.
•Documentation and guidance documents.

Speaker: James Goldman
He is qualified as a barrister in 1994 and has worked as an in-house lawyer, in the retail, recruitment and public sectors. He has provided advice on a range of employment and commercial issues, has appeared in a number of tribunal cases and has lectured on a range of topics, including age discrimination, equality and diversity and contract law. James is a commercially focused lawyer and understands the business needs of BDA members.
