Additional information2) state their role and responsibilities within the team’s safeguarding policy and procedures;
3) specify how they should record and communicate concerns in line with the recommended time scales;
4) apply agency guidelines if they have grounds for thinking a member of their organisation may be harming children;
5) know how to act upon concerns in line with principles and procedures in the current local Child Protection Multi-Agency code of Practice and Working Together to Safeguard Children 1999.
