Identify effective ways to induct new workers. 1. Identify key strategies for effectively handling complaints to obtain a good outcome.
  4. 3. List methods of achieving structured effective appraisals that encourage and develop the team and link all of this with CQC registration and requirements. 4. Discuss team member's appraisals and design a professional development plan that can easily be viewed and reviewed.
