DescriptionThe process of recruiting and selecting the ideal candidate for a vacant position can be stressful and a legal minefield. This course will guide delegates through the process, and explain the legal "loopholes" which exist. Issues of what you can and can't ask applicants, how to avoid accusations of discrimination, and what records to keep, will all be addressed. The course will also examine the pros and cons of internal and external recruitment, and what to look for when reviewing applications and applicants.
Additional informationThis course may provide supporting evidence for CQC outcomes 1, 7, 12, 13, 14 and 21.
This course is suitable for the entire Practice Team but of most relevance to those involved in the recruitment and/or selection process.
