Update on Current Concepts in Adhesive Dentistry - Bridgework, Inlays and Onlays (IOW010312)

AvailabilityCourse has taken place
SubjectRestorative
DescriptionThe conservation of sound tooth structure helps preserve tooth vitality and reduce post-operative sensitivity. Innovative preparation designs, like those for porcelain laminate veneers, resin-bonded bridgeworks, inlays and onlays are much less invasive than conventional complete coverage crown preparations. Despite this, they are not frequently used in general dental practice and they have an undeserved reputation for failure. This course will update participants on current concepts in adhesive dentistry, and participants should understand the range of adhesive bridgework and inlay/onlay restorations available and their indications and current evidence base and review of planned cases.
Additional informationThe course duly covers GDC verifiable CPD requirement and also satisfies CQC outcomes 12, 13 and 14.
