Additional informationThe course is also suitable for dentists who are new to the NHS, dentists who are returning to NHS dental practice.or dentists otherwise participating in the Southampton “Introduction to the NHS” series of Postgraduate meetings.


Nearly all dental professionals experience complaints from patients during their professional careers. This course is designed to show you :

* The required standards of professional behaviour
* How to stay out of trouble
* How to deal with any complaint in a professional manner.

It will also describe the essential actions legally required of you, should you receive a complaint.
