1. Qualified and GDC registered dental nurse
2. Suitable professional indemnity
3. Training in medical emergencies (within the last 12 months)
4. Infection Control CPD training (within the last 12 months)
5. Written consent from a GDC registered dental practitioner willing to supervise the applicant
6. Access to a computer, Microsoft word and Internet

  3. Demonstrate knowledge of the caries process and the role of fluoride in its control.
  4. Have knowledge of the risks, benefits and contraindications to the use of fluoride varnish.
