DescriptionCQC Outcome 9 focuses entirely on the way practices manage medicines. Dental practices may be asked to demonstrate compliance with Outcome 9 when they receive a visit from the CQC inspector.
Additional informationOur speaker will describe the elements that the CQC expects to be in place so that medicines are handled, administered, prescribed and used, safely and effectively. Practice staff will be asked to consider, and suggest, practice actions for the outcome elements and, will be able to reflect on how their practice can best manage medicines to ensure that patients get the best outcome every time.

Attending this course will help dental practice staff to achieve compliance against CQC Outcome 9.

This course is intended for the entire practice team: Dentists, Therapists, Hygienists, Nurses, Practice Managers, Receptionists, Business Managers, Clinical Dental Technicians, Dental Technicians.
