3) Specify how they should record and communicate concerns in line with the recommended time scales.
4) Apply agency guidelines if they have grounds for thinking a member of their organisation may be harming children.
5) Know how to act upon concerns in line with principles and procedures in the current local Child Protection Multi-Agency Code of Practice and Working Together to Safeguard Children 1999.
