Aims
  1. To appreciate legal and ethical issues on a day to day basis in dental practice
  2. To provide up to date information on legal and ethical issues in relation to the GDC standards, ethics and the law; and to debate what legal and ethical issues are and discuss the differences between implied and expressed consent and how to raise concerns.
  3. Delegates will be able to act in ways that adhere to GDC guidelines and the law and feel confident in their ability to work within the law.
  4. Delegates will be able to handle complaints in the correct way and adhere to confidentiality
