  2. The financial matters relating to treatment provided for patients in general practice and other relevant clinical environments, including NHS dentistry, private fee per item schemes and private capitation schemes

  4. Business management and development, including the ability to develop a business plan, the production of a cash flow analysis and a written proposal to a bank
