4. •Provides relevant and appropriate preventive education for each patient in a manner that he / she can understand. •Provides accurate costings for treatment and can explain a cost / benefit analysis. •The signs of abuse or neglect in vulnerable groups, and the local procedures that should be followed when reporting such circumstances.
