2. Qualified and GDC registered dental nurse
3. Suitable professional indemnity
4. Access to a Computer, Microsoft Word and Internet
5. Infection control CPD training (within the last 12 months)
6. Written consent from a GDC registered dental practitioner willing to supervise the applicant

  2. Demonstrate knowledge and understanding of the GDC standards guidance and scope of practice. This includes professionalism, ethics, confidentiality and consent
  3. Demonstrate knowledge of the caries process and the role of fluoride in its control
  4. Have knowledge of the risks, benefits and contraindications to the use of fluoride varnish
