This one day course will relate the principles of sound clinical governance to everyday practice. Participants will learn how attention to Clinical Governance will improve their practice, and will relate the seven domains of Clinical Governance to everyday practice in very practical terms. It will enable participants to approach issues relating to Clinical Governance with confidence.

  2. Take each chapter of Clinical Governance and learn what it means to us in daily practice life, and design a timetable that will cover all aspects of CG that can be slotted into everyday practice
  3. Demonstrate ways in which we can apply CG effectively.
  4. Discuss and practice audits that need to be carried out.
