DescriptionThe changes to NHS complaints regulations in April 2009 required many changes to practice complaints procedures. This course will cover how an in-house complaints procedure should operate, and the essential legal requirements.
Additional informationThe course will also discuss how Dental Professionals can comply with the GDC’s Standards for Dental Professionals, and will help satisfy the GDC’s CPD requirement that all Dental Practitioners keep up to date with legal and ethical issues as part of their CPD cycle.
