DescriptionThere is a recognised challenge to NHS dental service delivery because of lack of workforce. NHSE Workforce Training and Education Directorate (formerly HEE) is working with partners to help address these issues and fulfil the dental elements of the NHS 10 Year Health Plan. As part of this NHSE WT&E have been working with the Buckinghamshire College Group to enable dental apprenticeships and other relevant courses to be delivered in Thames Valley.
