DescriptionThis course will: • Explore the varying conceptualisation and definitions of "culture" • Establish what a Just Culture looks like • Examine what it means to have a safety culture and be a high reliability organisation • Introduce practical ways to measure or report on culture • Look at the influence that cultures and subcultures can have in hospitals and on patient safety • Discuss meaningful ways you can identify cultural barriers and mitigate for them
