Coaching Tools for a Compassionate Culture: Neurolinguistic Programming (SW717)
Availability | Course has taken place |
Subject | CPD - Supervisors |
Description | How can NLP help with working in the NHS? The Association for Neuro Linguistic Programming defines NLP as a collection of models, techniques and strategies for modelling excellence, in order to help us better understand how our thought processes and behaviour, including how the language we use, influences the way we think and the results we get. Modelling excellence in any field enables us to bring about positive changes in ourselves and in others. This half day will help you to think about how challenging your own thought processes and behaviours can bring about positive change. |
