Aims | The course will consider how to consider human factors principles to understanding issues in healthcare. The course will be designed around scenarios in healthcare to work through and consider how to define the problem using system thinking. |
Learning outcomes | Participants can expect to leave the course with insight into a number of common human factor tools used to visualise and explore healthcare systems. It should give then enough confidence to then apply and test the knowledge from the course in their healthcare roles. |
