DescriptionCare will be taken that the training environment feels relaxed and comfortable, so you can safely reflect, explore the content, and participate. The emphasis is on practical and meaningful impact. You will increase your self-awareness; sense into what confidence looks and feels like; and discover where you have been getting in your own way. The training will enable you to create helpful new habits that support a more confident you. Topics addressed include: • Confident physiology • Counteracting negative self-talk, and limiting beliefs • Developing a kind, positive, and accepting self-view • Freeing yourself from perfectionism • Recognising your wonderful uniqueness • Taking ‘right-sized action’ Discover how you can increase your own inner comfort, and discover a sense of additional freedom and possibility.
Additional information

The training takes place over 2 half day sessions, separated by a week. This allows the integration and application of session 1 content, before we next meet.

NOTE: This course is elective not mandatory.
