Description | This is a restorative, informative, interactive training, designed to provide practical and impactful tools to boost your well-being. Looking after well-being has become vital in the current extraordinary climate. The first session is focused on proactively feeding into your well-being, through creating a resourceful state, giving yourself lots of nourishing self-care, and cultivating a positive outlook. The second session will support you in managing stress when it arises. Topics addressed include: • Creating inner ease • Attending to self-care basics • Creating positive habits of mind • Knowing your stress and wellness signatures • Having effective coping mechanisms and being able to access them when you need them • Cultivating a resilient mindset You matter. Your well-being matters. Let’s make this a priority. |
Additional information | The training takes place over 2 half day sessions, separated by a week. This allows the integration and application of session 1 content, before we next meet. NOTE: This course is elective not mandatory. |
