Giving Feedback to Someone Senior for Doctors in Training (SW24-115)
Availability | Course has taken place |
Subject | CPD - Doctors in Training |
Description | This workshop is provided to give doctors in training the confidence to approach and give feedback to someone at an equal or senior level. It is recognised that this can be daunting and something we can be tempted to avoid doing, but in a safety-critical industry like the NHS, it’s important we have the courage, confidence, and competence to do it and do it in such a way that it’s not just accepted by the other person, but they take notice and respond appropriately and professionally. |
