DescriptionThere are nearly 8 billion people on the planet. That is a lot of different people with a lot of different personalities. Medical professionals come across so many different personalities, presenting different behaviours, day in and day out. Some people (and their behaviour) are easy to communicate with and others are not. They don’t understand what you are trying to say, they don’t do what you ask of them and use behaviour that makes no sense to the other person. This interactive workshop is designed to shed light on the different personality and behaviour types so we can learn to adapt the way we communicate to accommodate others, allowing for confident, assertive and effective communication.
