Description | Today’s places of work are tougher than ever. Resilience is a vital competency for coping well during challenging times. Maintaining well-being and staying focused to lead others are key traits of those with a developed sense of resilience. Using a tool which measures seven components of resilience, this workshop will equip you with skills to help you manage your own resilience levels and spot where specific areas of focus and attention might be needed. |
Additional information | This three-hour power workshop will take an active exploration of individual levels of resilience utilising the Sustain 7 model which consists of the following elements: + Finding your calling + Mastering stress + Maintaining perspective + Building networks + Staying healthy + Interacting co-operatively NOTE: This course is elective, not mandatory. |
