Additional information | Elements of the course: • The nature of stress at work, and at home • The legal framework and rationale for managing stress • The theory and application of risk assessment for managing stress at work using group work and case studies • The available help, support, and guidance for NHS colleagues experiencing stress • Exploring neuroscience, epigenetics, and mindfulness principles to help change perceptions, self-limiting beliefs, and negative thinking patterns during a stressful event. • Utilising the latest evidenced based methods and techniques for reducing stress and increasing resilience.
