This is a highly interactive course and requires no prior knowledge of safety science, human factors and non-technical skills. This full day course will explore:

-Understanding the macroeconomics of patient safety

-How to approach error and avoid making mistakes

-Introduction to system theory

-Introduction to non-technical skills training and ‘tricks’ to make you more effective
