To understand how to use coaching and mentoring skills as an Educational/Clinical Supervisor.

• To equip educational supervisors with the knowledge and skills of recognised best practice.
• To understand the coaching & mentoring process.
• To explore how to create a positive learning environment and contribute to educational development for our colleagues.
