Communication skills - Covering techniques for building rapport with colleagues, teams and clients, including: matching, mirroring, pacing, leading and mismatching
Framing and reframing - Examining the benefits of effective framing and reframing to maximise motivation and as a tool for providing feedback
Beliefs, filtering, editing and deleting - Understanding how we create feelings and behaviours and how we can choose to promote useful behaviours in ourselves and others
Anchors - Learning and utilising simple techniques to enable us to access the best state for the task in hand
Planning for change - Understanding and using the NLP model to generate positive outcomes
