No prior knowledge of safety science, human factors and non-technical skills is required. You will learn how key system and human factors principles inform a human factors proactive system review alongside gaining and insight into the difference and use of several human factor’s methods. You will also gain knowledge of how to plan and apply human factors methods to consider a healthcare safety issue. |
