Referencing the trends, data and feedback that shape our work, we will review patterns of complaints and how these are taken forward, providing doctors with a fuller understanding of how our investigation and fitness to processes work. This session will take you through the key milestones of our investigation process, explaining:

  • what happens if we open an investigation to look into a concern about a doctors practice
  • how we investigate a concern
  • what an investigation might mean for an individual
