Description | This interactive full-day course introduces the key concepts of a style of coaching called Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) that encourages self-awareness and helps us better understand how our thought processes, behaviour and language influence the way we think, our interactions with others, and the results we get. We will consider how its principles can be applied to everyday life including working in the NHS, interpersonal relationships and personal development. |
