About the trainers

Louise Hardy is an experienced organisation development consultant, with expertise in developing people and teams to suit the business processes which organisations need to work effectively. She has held executive and non-executive appointments in the NHS, and is currently a Senior Lecturer within Plymouth University Peninsula Schools of Medicine and Dentistry, where she leads on the provision of an MSc in Healthcare Management, Leadership & Innovation.

Judy Ravenscroft’s professional experience has spanned a wide range of roles and organisations - from a first University Lecturer post, through to Advisor in a government arms-length body, via Assistant Director in a research implementation firm, Head of L&D in a management consultancy, and Deputy Director of Strategic Services in a London Borough.

Through this seemingly random and unashamedly opportunistic series of roles and career changes, runs the thread of learning, improvement and effectiveness - organisational and personal, and defined in many different ways.

Judy currently balances work leading HEE’s Professional & Generic Skills programme with assignments as an Associate and Director with commercial management consultancy firms and a role as Development Advisor to NHS England and NHS Improvement. She also holds several non-Executive and Trustee roles.
