DescriptionPaul has worked in the field of leadership and organisational development for over twenty years, having worked in both the private and third sector in a range of management and leadership positions. His passion is to work with organisations to translate leadership competencies into operational outcomes. How to develop meaningful work relationships that foster a compassionate culture and a clear vision. This approach encourages a new way of thinking where forming meaningful relationships facilitates supportive and compassionate cultures. It encourages collaborative ways of working that focus on developing teams that are intent on achieving organisational outcomes. This workshop brings practical approaches to developing such systems and cultures.
