DescriptionThis course will: • Explore what makes a conversation difficult and how to prepare for it • Examine what creates conflict and how to de-escalate situations • Explore the importance of stress management before and during the interaction • Introduce the key components of a Psychologically Safe environment • Demonstrate the skills of communication and listening to generate positive outcomes • Provide strategies for handling difficult conversations
