DescriptionThis workshop equips trainers with the tools to coach trainees into effective leaders. Participants will learn how to guide trainees in identifying their leadership styles, understanding emotional intelligence, and using the Leadership Competency Framework for development. The focus will also be on recognising team role preferences and their impact on team dynamics. Participants will gain skills in explaining various leadership styles, analysing emotional intelligence competencies, and applying the Leadership Competency Framework. They will learn to support trainees in understanding team roles and strategies to address conflicts, ultimately helping them become confident and effective leaders.
