You will be empowered to cultivate more self-acceptance and a positive self-view. You will learn how to ground yourself, when anxiety or agitation arises. Elevating your personal confidence will impact your effectiveness in all of your activities, and allow you to bring your unique strengths, both in work and outside of work. This training is liberating and uplifting. You have everything you need within you to experience greater confidence.

Medical professionals come across so many different personalities, presenting different behaviours, day in and day out. Some people (and their behaviour) are easy to communicate with and others are not. They don’t understand what you are trying to say, they don’t do what you ask of them and use behaviour that makes no sense to the other person. This interactive workshop is designed to shed light on the different personality and behaviour types so we can learn to adapt the way we communicate to accommodate others, allowing for confident, assertive and effective communication.
