Content: 

1. Develop an individualised return-to-work plan considering the trainee’s needs, abilities, and any limitations from their absence.
2. Provide adequate supervision and support to ensure trainees are comfortable, confident, and competent in their roles.
3. Offer additional training or resources to refresh or enhance knowledge and skills that may have been missed during the absence.
4. Understand the process for supporting the transition to LTFT training.
5. Recognise the challenges and advantages associated with LTFT arrangements.
6. Develop effective learning objectives and work schedules tailored to LTFT doctors
