Aims | Morning - To provide DCPs, the knowledge to allow them to safely be involved in the process of taking and developing radiographs and update them with the regulations relating to Ionising Radiation Afternoon - To raise awareness of Dementia. | ||
Objectives | By the end of the session delegates will be able to - Understand the use of selection criteria in relation to dental radiography Identify the risks associated with dental radiography Understand the principles of a Quality Assurance programme Understand how it feels to be a person living with dementia Understand how a patient living with dementia may find the dental environment challenging | ||
