Lecturer profileVipul qualified from the University of Bristol in 2000 and spent his early years in NHS general dental practice. Continually wanting to update his skills and knowledge, he first completed his 3-year Diploma in Postgraduate Dental Studies (DPDS), and his Diploma for the Membership of the Faculty of General Dental Practitioners (MFGDP). Following this, he spent a year completing his UCL Eastman Restorative Certificate. The Endodontic component of this certificate course further ignited his interest in Endodontics and led him to his Masters Degree (MSc) in Endodontics, which was awarded in 2010 from the world renowned UCL Eastman Dental Hospital. Since 2008, Vipul has limited his practice to Endodontics, accepting referrals from colleagues from all over the South East of England, including his previous appointment in Harley Street.

Vipul is also a Clinical Teacher and Lecturer, from 2011-present he has taught on the Endodontic component of the Eastman restorative Certificate (the very course he completed himself in 2007), and as of May 2013 he has been teaching the 5th year undergraduate students at Kings College London. In November 2013, Vipul completed the Train the Trainer course in Geneva, Switzerland, and is now a Certified Dentsply Maillefer Trainer, enabling him to work alongside Dentsply Maillefer in organising courses for postgraduate education. As of July 2014, Vipul started providing face-to-face Endodontic teaching at LonDec (Waterloo, London) and Webinars (web-based seminars) to national and international postgraduates participating in the Distance Learning MClinDent in Prosthodontics based at Kings College London.

Lecturer profileDaniel turner graduated from Manchester University as a Bachelor of Dental Surgery, with Honours, in 2004. After several years in general practice he completed the Eastman Dental institute Certificate in Restorative Dental Practice.

In 2010 he was awarded his Master of Science in Endodontics (root canal), with Distinction, from the prestigious Eastman Dental Institute, University College London. The Eastman institute is a world regarded training centre and only accepts a few applicants each year to train.

Daniel now only treats patients who require root canal treatments and no longer practices general dentistry. Additionally local dentists refer their complex root canal cases to Daniel for treatment. As well as his root canal practice, Daniel also teaches at two universities at the Eastman and Leeds dental school.

Away from dentistry Daniel is a keen runner and intends to run the London marathon. He lives in rural Meltham with his growing family.
