Additional information | Travel via train is ideal, as the hospital is a short walk from the station and easy to get back there afterwards. If driving then be advised that traffic in York can be terrible and it is important to leave ample time for the journey as a result. The nearest council car park is Union Terrace YO31 7ES (parking for 5+ hours is £16.) Alternatively, there is a hospital multi-storey which is £10 all day but that can get very busy (staff are advised not park on lower floors, as they are for patients.) When at the hospital, enter via the main entrance, immediately turn right and go up in the lift to level 5, Classroom 1, medical teaching centre. | ||
