| Description | A one-day virtual introduction to courageous leadership for NHS educators and clinicians. Through short teaching, reflection and group discussion, you’ll explore the core concepts and four learnable skillsets of courageous leadership, identify the behaviours that build trust, and clarify your call to courage. You’ll also uncover what gets in the way of showing up bravely — and leave with practical ways to lead with greater clarity, confidence and compassion. |
| Additional information | This interactive one-day virtual workshop is designed for NHS educators and clinicians who want to develop their leadership capability in a practical, reflective and psychologically safe way. Drawing on the research of Brené Brown and the Dare to Lead framework, the course introduces courageous leadership as a set of behaviours and skillsets that can be learned, practised and strengthened over time. Participants will explore the four core skillsets of courageous leadership and the behaviours that support trust, accountability and effective team working.
